Review:
Since Bill Chase hit it big with his surfing championship, Jessica has been sneaking her hooks straight into his heart. But she's hot, and then cold. She and Bill do drama class together, so she alway makes her moves at the most oppertune moments, especially when DeeDee ( a girl who secretly crushes on Bill) makes any type of contact. After catching Bill's falling heart into her open hands, Jessica begins to ignore him.
All the while it seems Todd's ex girlfriend has found her way back to Sweet Valley and Elizabeth is a big ball of nerves, and it's no wonder! Patsy Webber is tall, gorgous, and sophisticated and it almost seems as if she's still got it going on for Todd...and maybe Todd even feels the same way!
In th end though, Bill escapes Jessica's clutches as she drowns in another pool of self-humiliation. Seems a talent scout has his eye on someone at Sweet Valley. Jessia had convinced herself it wasn't, and now Bill is on his way to stardum with DeeDee on his arm!
As for Elizabeth...she's convinced Patsy wants nothing from Todd but thier old friendship, but didn't their old friendship come with love too?
From 'the real' Eyes and Ears of Sweet Valley High:
Wow...where do we begin here. Lets just say I've been lurking around like a peeping Tom in the stairway shadows of Sweet Valley High and I will tell you this....for several weeks, Todd and Patsy had a lot more going on than friendship. My own baby blues saw them cuddling up and kissing in the hallway, barely escaping Elizabeth's eyes.
As for Bill...he wanted the best of both worlds but DeeDee made him choose and well, a girl like Jessica is just for a little while and a girl like DeeDee lasts for a long time....
We have to commend Elizabeth though. Todd has gorgeous females falling over him all the time and he's still hanging out with little mundane Elizabeth. Hats off to whatever that girl is doing right!
